CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Refund Policy At Blushed By Lex, I truly value your time and appreciate your commitment to scheduled appointments. To ensure smooth operations and maintain fairness for all clients, please review and adhere to the following policies: Cancellations: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You may cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. • If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, please contact me directly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. This fee must be paid before rebooking any future appointments. Refunds: • Refunds are not permitted. All services rendered are final. Due to the nature of permanent makeup and beauty services, time and products are invested into each appointment, and therefore no refunds will be issued under any circumstance. • In the case of dissatisfaction, I am happy to discuss your concerns and offer adjustments when appropriate and within reason. I understand that life happens, and I will always do my best to accommodate emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding, trust, and continued support.
